Discretion is the product here as much as the dolls are. This page states what data an order creates, where it goes and where it never goes. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
What we collect
An order creates the minimum a parcel needs: your name, delivery address, email address and the items ordered. Writing to us adds whatever you put in the message. Creating an account at checkout is optional; guest orders work.
What it is used for
Order data is used to build, dispatch and track your order. Messages get answered out of that order record, so you never re-explain from zero. The newsletter is separate: nobody is added to it by buying. You would have to subscribe yourself, and unsubscribing takes one click.
What we never do
Your data is not sold, rented or traded. No marketing mail goes out without an opt-in. The shipping label carries a neutral sender name, and the billing side is kept as plain as the payment provider allows.
Payments
Card and payment details are handled by the payment provider at checkout. They never touch our servers and we cannot see them. What we receive is a confirmation that payment cleared, plus the order it belongs to.
Who else sees anything
Two parties, each seeing only its slice. The courier gets your name, address and a tracking number. The workshop line that packs your order sees the delivery address on the carton it dispatches; it sees nothing about payment or your correspondence with us.
Cookies
The site sets what a store needs to function: a cart session, a language preference if you switch translations, and cache markers that speed the pages up. There is no advertising pixel on this site today. If that changes, this page changes first.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as accounting rules require. Correspondence stays in the mailbox so that follow-ups have their history. Ask us to delete your data and we do it. Where accounting law forces a record to stay, you get told which record and for how long.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections or ask for deletion. One email to info@sexdollfullsize.com starts any of those. A person answers, in English.
Age
This store serves adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger, and an order that appears to come from a minor is cancelled.
