Daylight Is the Honest Test
Every other 164 build on this site photographs against velvet, tile or stage light. Eloise shoots at what reads as ten in the morning: white cabinets, a sheepskin rug, apples staged like a still life. There is no gel wash or deep shadow to flatter the material here. What you see in her set is the silicone as it looks in a lived-in room, which is where she will actually spend her years.
The pour holds up to it. The surface reads matte with a faint warmth through the cheeks and knees, the strawberry set is studio wardrobe over a standard body, and the blue cardigan keeps ending up half off one shoulder because that is how the stylist left it in every frame.
The material
Platinum-cure silicone over articulated steel. Matte finish, pore texture through the cheeks, gloss held back for lips and nails.
