Read Her Numbers First
Hinata stands 164 centimeters and weighs 40 kilograms before her head goes on. Everything else worth knowing sits in the workshop sheet below, published the way it was measured.
Workshop Sheet, S24 on the 164 cm Body
These figures come off the production sheet, not the marketing desk. Expect up to a centimeter of variance between castings; silicone is poured, not printed.
| Height | 164 cm |
| Net weight | 40 kg body; the head adds 2.5 to 3 kg |
| Material | Platinum-cure silicone |
| Skeleton | Articulated steel |
| Full bust / under bust | 81 cm / 60 cm |
| Waist | 59 cm |
| Hips | 103 cm |
| Shoulder width | 38 cm |
| Thigh / calf | 56 cm / 34 cm |
| Leg / arm length | 75 cm / 57 cm |
| Foot | 22 cm, fits EU 35 shoes |
| Openings | Vaginal and anal as cast; oral with the soft-head option |
Weights are for the doll alone. The shipping crate lands heavier once foam and cardboard join in.

164 Centimeters in a Real Apartment
Stand her up and her eye line sits near 155 centimeters, about chin height on a 175 cm owner. In a room she reads as a small adult woman. Catalog photos tend to undersell that scale, so measure it against your own doorway before the crate arrives.
The 40 kg figure deserves honest planning. It is the weight of a standard bag of cement, carried without handles. Owners lift her two-armed, under the back and the knees, and nobody carries her far. A walk-up staircase is the one obstacle worth solving in advance.
Storage runs simpler than the weight suggests. She folds to a seated posture on a wardrobe shelf, and the steel frame holds whatever pose you park her in.

The S24 Face Goes On by Brush
Brows and the blush under her eyes are painted one head at a time, so no two come back identical. The silicone carries pore texture through the cheeks and a slight sheen across the lips that reads photographic at arm’s length.
Her lashes stand off the lid instead of printing flat. The kimono-cut wig lifts away for washing, and any wig sized for her head swaps in; the hairline you see is a wig line, not a repaint job.

Platinum Silicone, Matte Where It Matters
The body casts in platinum-cure silicone, the grade that holds stable for years instead of sweating oil the way budget TPE does. Her skin finishes matte through the torso, with gloss reserved for lips and nails. Older dolls carried a wet-look shine; this surface photographs like skin.
Firmness lands closer to a trained body than to memory foam. Silicone keeps the sculpted shape of the 81 cm bust instead of flattening under its own weight, and the trade is a firmer handfeel than TPE offers. Twenty minutes under an electric blanket and the surface takes body temperature convincingly.
Packed Plain
The Box Says Nothing
The crate is the last thing your neighbors will ever learn about this order.
One crate, no wording
Double-wall cardboard with a shipping label. The label names a logistics company. It never names the product.
Foam-fitted
She travels in cut foam with her head packed separately, wig and default outfit boxed alongside.
Signed and tracked
One tracking number follows the crate door to door. Plan a stair-free path, or a second pair of hands, for delivery day.
Cardboard afterwards
Break the box down and it recycles as plain cardboard. Nothing printed ties it back to this store.
Options, as Photographed
Every photo on this page shows the default build. Keep the defaults and she arrives as shot. Most swaps below are free; the soft head and body heating price out at order confirmation. Write your picks into the order note at checkout and we confirm the full configuration by email before casting begins.
- Skin tone
- Natural, as photographed. Fair, wheat and tan paint in at casting.
- Eye color
- Brown as shot. Blue, green and grey swap at no charge.
- Wig
- The black kimono cut is standard. Any wig from the accessories line fits her head.
- Standing feet
- Adds internal foot supports so she stands unassisted for photography and drying.
- Soft head
- Swaps the standard head interior and opens the oral function listed in the measure sheet.
- Body heating
- Warms the full body from an internal element. Skip it if you already own an electric blanket; take it if you want one cable instead of two.
Asked About Hinata
How hard is 40 kg to actually live with?
Two-arm lifts, short carries, waist-height surfaces. Most owners settle into moving her twice a day at most. Plan your grip before you lift and keep carries under ten steps, and the weight stays manageable.
Why is there no cup size in the table?
The workshop publishes circumference, not cup letters: 81 cm over a 60 cm under bust. On most sizing charts that lands around an E. We list what gets measured rather than what gets marketed.
Does she come with the kimono?
No. Outfits and props from the photography stay in the studio. She ships with a plain default outfit, her wig and the cleaning basics.
Can I separate the head for storage?
Yes. The head seats on a neck connector and lifts off without tools. Most owners store her seated with the head boxed separately, which also protects the paint.
Is the skeleton posable enough for photography?
Shoulders, elbows and wrists articulate; so do the hips, knees and ankles. She holds kneeling and seated poses indefinitely. Standing needs the standing-feet option or a stand.
What does cleaning involve for silicone?
Warm water and mild soap after use, then a towel dry. An occasional pass of powder keeps the surface matte. Silicone skips the mineral-oil routine TPE needs. Budget ten minutes.
