A shower cleans the outside of a doll. The inside is the harder job: after sex, semen and lube sit at the deep end of the vagina or anus, the opening is narrow, and a towel doesn’t reach. Left damp, the canal breeds bacteria and starts to smell within days. This device exists for exactly that job. It’s a handheld unit that flushes the canal with water, dries it with absorbent rods, and finishes it with a UV lamp. $128 for the full kit.
What’s in the box
- Main cleaning unit – the pump and the controls. 265 x 105 x 48 mm, ABS shell, sized like a large electric toothbrush base.
- Cleaning hose – feeds water from any basin or bottle into the unit.
- Water-absorbing drying rods – reusable sticks that pull out the moisture the flush leaves behind.
- UV sterilization lamp – goes into the canal last, after drying.
- Magnetic charging connector – snaps onto the back of the unit. No open charging port is the reason the whole thing can be waterproof.

A cleaning session, step by step
- Lock the rotating rod into the main unit.
- Put the hose end into at least 1.5 liters of clean water.
- Hold the power button for two seconds to switch on.
- Press once for the water-absorption mode; press again for the rotating flush.
- Put the tube into the doll’s canal and press to start cleaning.
- Dry the canal with the absorbent rod. If it comes out wet, repeat with a dry one.
- Put the UV lamp in and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes.
The unit shuts itself off at the end of a cycle, so the UV stage doesn’t need watching. Do the flushing over a tub or basin, with the doll’s hips tilted slightly downhill, so the water runs back out instead of pooling at the deep end.
The three functions, plainly
Use warm water rather than hot; a canal takes the same temperatures the skin does. The flush pumps clean water through the canal; the rotating mode moves the stream around the walls instead of firing one straight jet at the far end. The drying rods are the same absorbent sticks doll owners usually buy separately, included here and reusable after they air-dry. The UV lamp runs a sterilization cycle of up to 30 minutes, though the usage sheet calls 15 to 20 minutes per canal enough. Everything is waterproof, so a wet bathroom counter doesn’t matter.

Two channels in one session
When both canals need cleaning, do the vagina first, swap in fresh water, then do the anus, and give each its own drying rod rather than moving one rod between them. For a short session where only one canal was used, the flush and a single rod are enough; save the full UV pass for the days when both the vagina and the anus were used, and run it on both back to back since the lamp is already out.
One safety note on the UV lamp
UV light of this kind is for surfaces, not eyes or skin. Run the lamp inside the canal only, don’t switch it on in your hand to watch it work, and keep it away from your face. The auto shut-off exists so the lamp never has to run unattended in open air.
Which dolls it fits
Any doll with a vaginal or anal canal, which means every full-size doll and the 60 cm mini alike. It matters most for fixed canals: a removable vagina pulls out and rinses under a tap in a minute, but a fixed one can’t leave the body, and this rig is how a fixed canal gets genuinely clean and genuinely dry. If the doll you’re ordering has a fixed vagina, this belongs in the same cart. It cleans canals only. The skin keeps its own routine of soap, a full dry and cornstarch. Compared with the squeeze-bulb douche most owners start with, the difference is the second and third steps: a bulb pushes water in and out, then leaves you to solve damp and germs on your own, the two jobs the rods and the lamp cover.
Looking after the cleaner itself
The whole kit packs back into a box smaller than a shoebox, so it lives in the same drawer as the lube. Rinse the hose after each session and hang it to drain. Let the drying rods air out fully before they go back in the box, since a damp rod stored in plastic defeats its own purpose. Charge the unit on the magnetic connector between uses. The alternative most owners improvise is a cloth wrapped around a stick, and it leaves the deep end of the canal damp; this kit is the difference between wiping the entrance and actually cleaning the canal.
