Twelve clauses cover the whole relationship. They are short on purpose: a term nobody reads protects nobody.
Who may buy
Adults, 18 or over, buying adult products for lawful private use or lawful resale. Placing an order confirms your age and that receiving these goods is legal at your delivery address.
What the catalog promises
Specs come from the workshop’s own sheets: height, weight, cup and material as published. Where a figure is missing, it has not been published, so we do not print one. Delivered skin tone can sit within a shade of what a calibrated screen shows.
Orders
Your order is an offer; our written confirmation accepts it. For made-to-order builds we confirm the configuration and the current workshop window with you before production starts.
Custom builds
A configuration is locked once the pour begins. Three requests are refused at any budget: faces cast from real people, characters a studio owns and any build that looks underage. The custom page carries the reasons.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. The price on the model page when you order is the price that governs, options included as configured. Payment is handled by the payment provider shown at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery runs as the shipping page describes: plain carton, tracked door to door. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery. Inspect the carton on arrival; clause VII depends on it.
Returns and problems
The returns page is part of these terms. Its short version: transit damage gets reported with photos within three days, made-to-order builds cannot be returned once poured, and defects are repaired or replaced per the warranty section there.
Our content
Photographs, text and spec compilations on this site stay here. One exception exists on purpose: trade partners receive a spec file licensed for their own listings, as the trade page describes.
Your conduct
Do not use this store to obtain goods for anyone under 18, to infringe someone’s likeness or a studio’s characters, or to break the law of your own country. We may refuse or cancel an order that walks into any of those.
Liability
Our total liability for an order is capped at what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms removes rights your local consumer law grants you that cannot be waived.
Disputes start with an email
Write first: the contact page reaches a person who can fix things faster than any formal route. Formal disputes follow the law of the seller’s registered place of business.
Changes
Terms change as the store grows. The date at the top moves when they do, and orders are governed by the version in force when they were placed.
